"Poor carpet did not show up to fit!"

I purchased a carpet from the Carpet Mill East Ardsley. I arranged a dayvfor fitting. Movedcall my furniture and they didnt turn up. No contact as to why. The following day no phonecall to explain. I had to contact them. Then the carpet had a fault. I contacted them and they said they would exchange. Arranged another day for fitting moved my furniture again. No show! Manager Mick was not apologetic at all. In fact he was very rude. Would not recommend this company at all..
